Jerl Franklin is one of the founding partners of Franklin, Turner and Welch, LLC which was established in 2004. Jerl elected to retire in January 2010 and will reside with his wife, Donna, on their farm in Hindsville, Arkansas.

John Turner entered the financial planning profession following a successful career of over thirty years in a variety of finance positions in the energy industry in the United States and Europe. He is a Certified Financial Planner® professional and a member of the Financial Planning Association. John and his wife, Susan, reside in Cypress, Texas and have one son.

David Welch has embarked on a second career in the financial planning profession following a successful career of 32 years in the energy business, culminating as VP & Controller of Conoco, Inc. He is a Certified Financial Planner® professional and a member of the Financial Planning Association. He and his wife, Betty, have been married for 36 years and have three married children and eight grandchildren. David is also active in church and several non-profit organizations.

Chris Nutt began her career in financial planning in 2002 after having spent several years in the business consulting and human resource fields. Chris obtained her Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M University and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin. She is a Certified Financial Planner® professional and a member of the Financial Planning Association. Chris and her husband, Dave, reside in Sugar Land, Texas with their two sons.

John Parlapiano entered the financial planning profession following a successful career of over thirty years in various positions with Exxon Mobil Corporation. He retired as an Aromatics Planning Manager with Exxon Mobil Chemical. He is a candidate for Certified Financial Planner® certification and a member of the Financial Planning Association. John and his wife, Linda, reside in Houston, Texas and have two children living in Texas.
